I have have been given this gift of being able to bring out the most beautiful of every women and a passion to help women see their true worth and embrace themselves. It’s my life’s mission and I’m just incredibly grateful you have placed your trust in me! We will create the most stunning images you’ve ever had of yourself, and you’ll see yourself in a new light, like never before.
Where is our studio located?
Our studio in the Integ House, Rougham Industrial Estate, IP30 9ND.
What time do we start?
Your session will start at 10 am or otherwise agreed time. Please be on time, thank you.
What if I arrive early?
In case you are early, you can give us a call or message us, and if we are ready we will let you in earlier. Otherwise for the lack of lobby or waiting area, you’ll be kindly asked to wait in your car, thank you.
OUR STYLE
As a boudoir photographer, Klara Balogh-Bona’s focus is on discovering and capturing the essence of your inner beauty. Our style is simple and classic and we work with you to determine the look and feel of your shoot.
Hair and Makeup
On the day of your session, my makeup artist in the studio will talk to you about the type of makeup with which you are looking to do and make her own recommendations based on skin type, eye shape, and more. Your clothing color pallet will also be part of the color decision for your eyes and lips, because the last thing we want is for your makeup to clash with your outfits!
Professional hair and makeup is such an essential part of the boudoir photography experience; it can make or break your photo shoot and that’s why I only work with the best makeup and hair artists! I have a professional hair/makeup stylists that I work with and adore! Not only does she know how to give you the perfect look you’re wanting, but most importantly she knows how to do makeup for the particular lighting and retouching techniques I use.

TOP TIPs
Start drinking more water from now on. It will make your skin glow, it really does make a difference.
Please do come with bare, clean, moisturized skin from head to toe. Especially face.
Please do come with clean, freshly washed (the night before or morning) hair that is blow dried and DRY without any products in it. This is essential.
Please do bring a snapshot of yourself in everyday makeup so we have a reference. We aim to create a makeup look for you, that you’ll recognised yourself with.
Scheduling a mani-pedi treatment a day or two in advance is a must. Soft natural, pastel colours always look great especially for those close up detail shots.
Fitting
The very first thing that you should do is have a professional bra fitting. There is nothing worse than unnecessary pinching, unflattering overhang, or a band riding up causing the girls to get low. Nine times out of ten this is caused by simply wearing the incorrect size. The last thing we want to do is get this common error caught on camera. So set yourself up for success from the get go by getting measured.
Try out and on things
My advice is go and try out and try on as many lingerie pieces and styles and outfits as you can (even with online ordering) to discover what colours work best on you, what styles do you love on and feel comfy in.
Top things to consider
COLOUR
Neutral or saturated, it should always go well with your skin tone and colour.
DO NOT bring neon colours and very patterned outfits
STYLE
Sexy / wild / comfy / sporty / romantic
Is it your style? Do you feel like it’s you? Even if your goal with this session is to step outside of your comfort zone, consider to bring at least 1 thing that will feel like second skin.
COMFORT
Comfort comes with proper sizing and wearing something that’s your style. Please always bring outfits that are your size, not cutting in, nor hanging. If you feel comfortable in it, it will show on your expression and it will show on your images.
What to bring with you
Please do bring with you 4-5 outfits so we can choose 3 that we will shoot. Altogether we shoot 4 looks, it usually includes 3 outfits and either a topless set or white sheets. But what you’d like to shoot in is completely up to you and we’ll discuss it in detail at the session.
wardrobe ideas
White shirt look (bigger white shirt, partner’s shirt)
Crop top (white and thin cotton one is best)
Bodysuit/teddy (this is a must, it looks amazing on everyone)
Oversized soft knitted sweater / cardigan with lace undies
White sheet look (white sheets provided by photographer)
Jeans for a topless
Lace or silk robe (I have white, blush robes)
Kimono
Leather jacket
Blazer
Simple white T-shirt
White tank top with white or black underwear
The sleep shirt
Full Bodystocking
High waisted bottoms look great on everyone especially those with full figure
Don’t forget about accessories like shoes, jewellery, hats etc.
And last but not least implied nudes that are timeless, elegant and beautiful
and nudes or knickers in the shower setup
I advise you to have a day for yourself when you actually go out to actual stores and try on different lingerie pieces, textures, colours, designs to see what looks and feels best on you. It’s also a lot of fun especially if you bring a friend along.

THINGS TO AVOID
Avoid wearing tight underwear on the day of your session.
Arrive to your photoshoot in loose clothing to prevent body marks. (However do wear good fitting bra, this is very important!)
If you are not a pro at fake tanning, please avoid trying fake tanning prior to your shoot.
Push up bras. While they do look nice in real life, in photos, while posing, they can look unflattering, especially at sitting or laying down poses.
Neon colours (unless your complexion is dark and that’s your style)
Busy patterns (unless it’s animal print)
Posing
You do not need to know any posing at all. Let me guide you.
I have photographed so many boudoir photography sessions with overjoyed customers and I know exactly how to pose you down to your fingertips! You don’t need to worry about a thing, you just need to simply show up for your session.
I have years of training in posing and the human body to ensure that you are always posed in the most flattering ways and under the most flattering lighting. Once it’s time for your shoot I will just ask you to do simple things such as: “bring that shoulder towards me, bring your chin forward a bit, now look up at me with your eyes, put your hand here, etc.” It’s super simple and again you don’t need to do anything to prepare for this.
Top Tip
Start daily stretching exercises to prepare your body for your boudoir session. If you are not used to stretching, it can be physically a bit tiring to keep the poses for an hour. Stretching daily until your session helps your body to be flexible enough to get into and keep the poses easily. Back stretches are a must as we do lots of arching. You’ll ace this!
